These Terms of Use govern your use of bluecapitalfunds.com and related pages (the “Site”), operated by Blue Capital Holdings, GP, a series of Blue Metric Group Value Add, LLC, the general partner of Blue Capital Holdings Fund, a series of Blue Metric Group Fund, L.P. (the “Fund”), and its affiliates (together, “Blue Capital,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Informational purposes only; no offer
The Site is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, and no offer will be made in any jurisdiction where it would be unlawful. Limited partner interests in the Fund are offered only to verified accredited investors under Rule 506(c) of Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), and only by means of the Fund’s Private Placement Memorandum, Agreement of Limited Partnership and subscription agreement (the “Offering Documents”).
