This Privacy Policy explains how Blue Capital Holdings, GP, a series of Blue Metric Group Value Add, LLC, the general partner of Blue Capital Holdings Fund, a series of Blue Metric Group Fund, L.P. (the “Fund”), and its affiliates, including Blue Metric Group (together, “Blue Capital,” “we,” “us”), collect, use and share information when you visit bluecapitalfunds.com and related pages (the “Site”), submit a form, or communicate with us by phone, text message or email.
Information we collect
Information you provide. Name, email address, phone number, and responses you give in forms or on calls, including questions about accredited investor status, investment range, timing, 1031 exchange plans and investment experience.
Information from advertising platforms. If you submit a lead form on Meta (Facebook or Instagram) or another platform, we receive the information you submitted there.
Information collected automatically. Device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, referring URL, and interactions with our Site and emails, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy.
Information from other sources. We may supplement your information with publicly available professional information, such as your professional profile.
Investor information
If you subscribe to invest in the Fund, we collect additional information through the subscription agreement and our investor portal, including identity details, accredited investor verification, tax information, bank and distribution details, and information needed to comply with anti-money laundering and similar laws. This information is used to evaluate and administer your investment and is also governed by the Fund’s Private Placement Memorandum, Agreement of Limited Partnership and subscription agreement (the “Offering Documents”). As described in the Offering Documents, we may disclose investor information where we determine it is necessary to comply with anti-money laundering or other applicable laws and regulations.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, schedule and hold calls, and provide information about our investment offerings;
- To determine whether you may be eligible to invest, including verifying accredited investor status;
- To administer investments, distributions, reporting and tax documents for investors;
- To send communications by email, phone and text message, where permitted;
- To measure and improve our Site and advertising;
- To comply with legal, regulatory, anti-money laundering and recordkeeping obligations and protect our rights.
Text messages
If you provide your mobile number and consent, we may send you calls and text messages, including automated messages, about our offerings. Consent is not a condition of investing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
How we share information
- Service providers that operate on our behalf, including our customer relationship management and communications platform (GoHighLevel), our investor portal and fund administration provider (SponsorCloud), scheduling, email delivery, hosting and analytics providers;
- Advertising and analytics partners such as Meta and Google, which receive information through pixels and similar technologies to measure and deliver advertising;
- Affiliates, including Blue Metric Group, in connection with our investment offerings and the operation of Fund properties;
- Accountants, attorneys, auditors, lenders and other professional advisors in connection with the Fund’s business;
- Regulators, law enforcement and other authorities where required by law, including anti-money laundering rules, or to protect our rights;
- A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets or transfer of the management of the Fund.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
