John Cascarano is an experienced attorney, brand founder and entrepreneur. John has founded or co-founded multiple companies and served in various roles from CEO to Counsel. He formerly practiced law at an AmLaw 100 firm as a commercial real estate lawyer. John earned his BA degree in English from Duke University in 2001 and JD from the University of Michigan Law School in 2004. John is a member of the State Bars of Tennessee and Georgia and is also active in Entrepreneurs’ Organization, Nashville chapter.

He began his career as a commercial real estate and transaction broker, active across Arizona, North Carolina, Texas, and Florida before joining Blue Capital in Scottsdale. He focuses on clear communication, disciplined process, and long-term investor relationships.

Blue Capital was formed through the strategic combination of Blue Metric Group and Capital Companies. Blue Metric Group built deep expertise in RV park acquisitions, operations, and value-add execution, but its pace of growth began to exceed its standalone capital-raising capacity.
Capital Companies brought complementary strengths—decades of institutional transaction experience and a track record of structuring for institutional exits.
By uniting operating excellence with institutional capital markets expertise, Blue Capital was created as a fully integrated platform designed to scale efficiently, attract larger pools of capital, and pursue institutional exit opportunities for investors.
Blue Metric Group (BMG) serves as the fund platform.
Blue Capital Holdings (BCH) is an investment arm focused specifically on diversification and scalability. BCH handles fundraising, investor relations, and institutional outreach. Blue Capital’s fundraising drives acquisitions, and value creation at the property level.
Together, they play complementary roles:
BMG = the fund platform, operational partner, and structural backbone.
BCH = the fund accelerator, fundraising partner, and leader for acquiring institutional capital .
LPs get first priority distributions (10% pref). After that, BMG and BCH share in fees and carried interest at the GP level, proportional to the capital contributed by the entities, aligning both the operational and capital-raising sides of the business.
